The Islamic education and training model is one of the most important foundations for realizing the new Islamic civilization and cultivating individuals who embody the ideals of the Islamic Revolution. This article aims to clarify the concept of a model, identify the fundamental components of Islamic education and training, and examine their relationship with the educational views of the Supreme Leader. By analyzing the ontological, anthropological, epistemological, and axiological foundations, this study seeks to present a coherent picture of the Islamic education and training model. Through a review of previous efforts to develop Islamic educational models, the article identifies existing gaps in prevailing educational systems and highlights the need to reconsider the strategic orientations of the country's formal education system. The findings, derived through a descriptive-analytical method and based on Islamic sources and the Supreme Leader's statements, indicate that Islamic education and training takes shape through faith, rationality, ethics, and righteous action, and requires systematic design, purposeful planning, and practical coherence across all educational domains. By proposing a comprehensive framework for designing an Islamic education and training model, this article takes a step toward developing indigenous Islamic-Iranian knowledge.
